We have today released a minor update for Matchday. It is now possible to force a complete reload of all game data. To do this, go to the update page and click reload all data.

We have just released a new update for Matchday. This is a minor update that contains some bug fixes and design changes. One important improvement is that update time is reduced. This is most notable for users that have slow Internet connections.
Matchday 1.7.1 Released

Version 1.7.1 of Matchday was released today. Below is a list of the main improvements:
* The most important change is the introduction of a player development rating. All players have a development rating between 0 and 8. When a player reaches a development rating of 8 his (average) rating will be increased by 1.
Similarly if a player's development value falls to 0, his (average) rating will be decreased by 1.
* All player ratings have been converted to a new system. Player ratings now range from 1 to 50. Please note that individual skill ratings does not have this limitation.
* Adjustments to financial values (broadcasting,sponsors,prize money etc.). This will make the game more fair and competitive.
* Sponsorship offers now includes weekly payments and goal bonus
* Design improvements and bug fixes.

We have today released Matchday version 1.6.2. It is a minor update that fixes some bugs found in version 1.6.1.

We have today released Matchday version 1.6. The main focus on this release has been to improve the transfer system, but there are also many other bug fixes and improvements included.
The first thing to notice is that all transfer activity is now updated live and not at the deadlines as before.
Other improvements to the transfer system:
-Live transfer auction
-You can now negotiate every transfer offer you receive. Just adjust the offer and then click on the negotiate button.
-You can send comments with each transfer offer or response.
-You can withdraw your bid if you get no response within 24 hours.
-Improved cheat control
Also new in version 1.6 is the introduction of reserves leagues.
Matchday 1.5.2 Released

Today we released version 1.5.2 of Matchday. It is a minor update that contains some design improvements. Most notable is probably the rating visualizer shown for each player on the squad list page. This visualizer will be shown on other pages(like transfer lists, latest transfers etc) in future releases.
Another new feature available on the squad page is the possibility to display and sort financial data like estimated value, weekly wage, contract expiry and transfer status. We've also added a retirement symbol for players that will retire at the end of the season.
We continue to work towards version 1.6 which will included a completely revamped transfer system.

Matchday 1.4.5 Released

Version 1.4.5 of Matchday has just been released. This release contains a few design and usability upgrades in addition to some minor bug fixes.
Most notable changes:
-Potential and temperament values are now shown for each player on the ratings page.
-Consecutive starts and estimated value are shown for each player on the general info page.
-When bidding for a player, default transfer fee is set to estimated player value.
-It is possible to view and respond to all pending transfers from the future transfer page.

Matchday client version 1.4.3 has been released today. It is a minor update that contains some bug fixes and design improvements.
The most important fix is that you now can use three substitutes in each match.
