Youth Academy
By choosing 'Youth Academy' from the main menu you can reach the page dedicated to your youth academy. At this page you will find a list of all the best players at your academy with enough potential to be professional football players.
The following information is shown about each player:
Name
Position
Age
Nationality
Current rating (CR)
Potential (PO)
Key skills
Current rating shows what the average attribute rating for the player will be if he gets promoted to the senior squad.
The player will have his best ratings at his key skills.
A green upward arrow 
will be shown if the player’s current rating has increased the last week.
Potential rating shows the highest possible average rating for the player. This is a value that never gets higher,
but sinks as the player gets older. A red downward arrow 
will be
shown if the potential rating has decreased. As the player gets older,
the gap between the current rating and the potential rating decreases.
The better the level you have at the youth academy the better are the chances for the youth players to
increase their ratings. If the level is high there is also lesser chance of a decrease in potential rating.
There are two options for each player. Either you can promote them to your senior squad,
or if you think that the player is not good enough, it is possible to release him.
It is important not to promote players too early as they develop more
rapidly in the youth academy than in the senior squad.
