Stadium facilities, training facilities, youth academy and public relations are all rated from level 1 to 50. 1 is the lowest level and 50 the highest possible level.Youth academy differs from the others in the respect that it needs to be established before it reaches level 1. All the clubs initially starts at the lowest level and without a youth academy.

If you do not have enough money to pay off your expenses it is possible to go down one or more levels.

Below are more details about the different facilities:

Stadium facilities The better the stadium facilities the better are your chances of attracting more spectators to your ground. Better stadium facilities can also generate more income from the commercial activities on the stadium.

Training facilities Money invested in to your training facilities will influence the outcome of your weekly training. The higher the level, the better is the probability of players increasing their ratings.

Youth academy Having a youth academy can be a good investment for the future of your club. A youth academy can be an inexpensive way of getting star players. The more you spend on your youth academy the higher are your chances of recruiting top talents to your club. A high level will also increase the chances of your youth players reaching their potential.

Public relations Putting money into public relations means using them on activities such as charities, advertising etc. Good public relations can increase your fan base and lead to higher attendances. A good public relations exercise can be expensive but it could be beneficial to your club.

Stadium capacity Just like you can increase and decrease the level of your facilities you can increase/decrease your stadium capacity. Having a high capacity on your stadium can be lucrative if you can attract enough spectators. On the other hand, if the attendances are too low the high maintenance costs associated with a high stadium capacity can be an unnecessary expense.
